How do I choose a quantity?
Enter the whole number of units you need on the product or Bag page. Products labelled made to order do not depend on a stock count; staff confirm preparation timing.
What payment methods can I use?
Choose cash on delivery or InstaPay when the method is available at checkout. Selecting InstaPay does not mean payment has been received; staff contact you and verify the transfer manually.
How do I find the delivery cost?
Enter your delivery details and review the current quote before placing an order. Coverage and fees depend on the configured delivery policy.
How do I follow my order?
Keep the private tracking link shown after placement. It shows the order, payment and delivery status; do not share it with others.
